Delete Your Account

This page explains how to delete your Walkable account (iOS and Android) and the data associated with it. You can do it directly in the app, or by email if you no longer have access to the app. Full details are in our Privacy Policy, Section 9.

Delete your account in the app

1. Open Walkable and sign in (a guest session has no account to delete).
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Tap the Settings (gear) icon at the top of the screen.
4. Scroll down and tap Delete account.
5. Confirm. Your account is deleted right away. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

What is deleted

Walkable for Android — deleting your account removes:

• your account from Firebase Authentication;
• your cloud backup (current copy, safety copies and summary file);
• all local data: progress, location history, statistics, queued points, log files, cached map and building data, and your city history;
• if you created a Friends profile: your profile (name, tag, photo, bio, statistics), your @tag, your friendships and friend requests on both sides, your city list and the weekly leaderboard entries recorded from this device.
• the automatic sign-in token; new crash reports are no longer linked to your account (reports already sent are deleted after 90 days).

If part of this cannot be removed automatically (for example, you are offline, your leaderboard entries were recorded from another device, or your profile photo could not be deleted), email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Walkable for iOS — deleting your account removes your account, your profile, @tag and friendships, your main backup file and the data on your device. Some related data is not yet removed automatically: your city records, leaderboard entries, profile photo, gems you created and their photos, older backup copies, and data held by Adjust, Meta, RevenueCat and OneSignal. Email us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@walkable.global from the email address linked to your Walkable account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will delete your account and all associated data, including your cloud backup, within 30 days.

What is kept, and for how long

Anonymous analytics already collected are deleted under our retention periods (Google Analytics: at most 14 months; crash reports: up to 90 days). We may keep limited information longer where the law requires it. See Privacy Policy, Section 9.

We do not sell your data.

Ця сторінка пояснює, як видалити твій акаунт Walkable (iOS і Android) і пов’язані з ним дані — прямо в застосунку або листом, якщо доступу до застосунку вже немає. Повні деталі — у Політиці приватності, розділ 9.

Видалити акаунт у застосунку

1. Відкрий Walkable і увійди в акаунт (у гостьовому режимі акаунта немає).
2. Перейди на вкладку Профіль (Profile).
3. Натисни значок Налаштування (шестерня) вгорі екрана.
4. Прокрути вниз і натисни Видалити акаунт (Delete account).
5. Підтверди. Акаунт видаляється одразу. Видалення остаточне, його не можна скасувати.

Що видаляється

Walkable для Android — видалення акаунта стирає:

• твій акаунт у Firebase Authentication;
• твою хмарну резервну копію (поточну, страхові копії і файл-опис);
• усі локальні дані: прогрес, історію локацій, статистику, точки в черзі, лог-файли, кеш даних мапи й будинків і журнал твоїх міст;
• якщо в тебе був профіль «Друзів»: твій профіль (імʼя, тег, фото, біо, статистику), @tag, дружні зв’язки й запити з обох боків, список міст і записи в тижневих рейтингах, зроблені з цього пристрою.
• токен автоматичного входу; нові звіти про збої більше не прив’язуються до твого акаунта (уже надіслані видаляються через 90 днів).

Якщо частину цього не вдасться видалити автоматично (наприклад, ти офлайн, записи рейтингу зроблено з іншого пристрою або фото профілю не видалилось), напиши нам — і ми видалимо це протягом 30 днів.

Walkable для iOS — видалення акаунта стирає акаунт, профіль, @tag і дружні зв’язки, основний файл резервної копії і дані на пристрої. Частина пов’язаних даних поки не видаляється автоматично: записи про міста, записи в рейтингах, фото профілю, створені тобою gems та їхні фото, старіші резервні копії, а також дані в Adjust, Meta, RevenueCat і OneSignal. Напиши нам — і ми видалимо їх протягом 30 днів.

Немає доступу до застосунку?

Напиши на hello@walkable.global з адреси, прив’язаної до твого акаунта Walkable, із темою «Delete my account». Ми видалимо акаунт і всі пов’язані дані, зокрема хмарну резервну копію, протягом 30 днів.

Що зберігається і як довго

Уже зібрані анонімні дані аналітики видаляються за нашими строками зберігання (Google Analytics — не більше 14 місяців; звіти про збої — до 90 днів). Обмежену інформацію ми можемо зберігати довше, якщо цього вимагає закон. Див. Політику приватності, розділ 9.

Ми не продаємо твої дані.
