This page explains how to request deletion of your Walkable account and the data associated with it. You can delete your account directly in the app, or by contacting us if you no longer have access to it.

Delete your account from the app

Open Walkable on your device.
Go to the Profile tab.
Tap Delete account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.

Can’t access the app?

Email hello@walkable.global from the email address linked to your Walkable (Google) account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We’ll verify the request and delete your account.

What data is deleted

When you delete your account, we delete:

Your account identity — your name and email address from Google Sign-In, removed from our authentication system.
Your exploration data — discovered buildings, neighborhood progress, and statistics. This data is stored locally on your device and is removed when you delete your account or uninstall the app.

What is kept, and for how long

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
Aggregated, anonymized analytics and crash-diagnostic data that is not linked to your identity may be retained by our service provider (Google Firebase) under its standard retention periods. This data cannot be used to identify you.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Видалити акаунт у застосунку

Відкрий Walkable на своєму пристрої.
Перейди на вкладку Профіль.
Натисни Видалити акаунт (Delete account).
Підтверди. Акаунт видаляється одразу.

Немає доступу до застосунку?

Напиши на hello@walkable.global з тієї email-адреси, що прив’язана до твого акаунта Walkable (Google), із темою «Delete my account». Ми перевіримо запит і видалимо акаунт.

Які дані видаляються

Коли ти видаляєш акаунт, ми видаляємо:

Ідентичність акаунта — твоє ім’я та email із Google Sign-In прибираються з нашої системи автентифікації.
Дані дослідження — відкриті будівлі, прогрес районів і статистику. Ці дані зберігаються локально на твоєму пристрої та видаляються, коли ти видаляєш акаунт або застосунок.

Що зберігається і як довго

Запити на видалення акаунта обробляються протягом 30 днів.
Агреговані знеособлені дані аналітики та звітів про збої, які не пов’язані з тобою, можуть зберігатися постачальником сервісу (Google Firebase) за його стандартними строками. Ці дані не дають змоги тебе ідентифікувати.
Ми не продаємо твої дані та не використовуємо їх для реклами.
